Product questions
Is Coodra an ERP?
No. Coodra is a decision layer above existing retail systems. If you need a full ERP rollout, Coodra is probably not the main tool.
Does Coodra replace my POS?
No. Your POS keeps recording sales and store activity. Coodra reads the signals and helps decide what deserves review.
What kinds of decisions does Coodra surface?
Reorders, stock risk, margin leaks, catalog quality issues, supplier attention, and other review-worthy retail work.
AI questions
What makes the AI self-improving?
Review feedback. The system learns which recommendations were useful, noisy, wrong, or worth ranking higher next time.
Does the AI make changes by itself?
No. It can recommend and explain. A human still approves, skips, adjusts, or investigates before operational action.
Can Coodra explain why something appeared?
That is the goal. A useful recommendation should show the data and reasoning behind it, including missing context.
Access questions
Why guided early access?
Because real retail data is messy in ways demo data politely refuses to be. Guided onboarding lets us verify connector quality and recommendation usefulness.
Can anyone sign up?
Public self-signup is closed right now. Early access applications route through the early access page.
Is there a public API?
Not today. The public docs explain the product and operating model, not a developer platform.
