Roles

Roles decide who can review what.

Retail work involves owners, buyers, operators, and managers. Coodra should make those responsibilities explicit.

Retail review is a team sport

A small retailer may still have multiple people touching inventory decisions: an owner, buyer, store manager, operations lead, or bookkeeper. Coodra should make responsibility visible instead of assuming every user can review every recommendation.

Role model

Role
Typical access
Retailer admin
Workspace settings, billing preview, integrations, and full review queue access.
Reviewer
Decision queue review, recommendation details, and feedback actions.
Manager
Store-level recommendations, catalog issues, and local stock-risk review.
Support or internal admin
Limited operational support access with extra care and auditability.

Approval behavior

Role checks should control who can approve, adjust, or investigate recommendations. Even when a user can view a recommendation, that does not mean they should be able to change workspace settings or connector access.
